At EcLian Jewelry, every order is handled with the highest level of care. Please allow 1–2 business days to process your order.


Made-to-Order Items

Orders marked as Made-to-Order require additional production time.
Production typically takes 10–15 business days, depending on the complexity of the piece.


Shipping & Delivery

We offer domestic (USA) and international shipping with full tracking and free delivery on all orders. International orders (outside the United States) may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are not included and may be charged upon delivery.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Express Shipping (USA): 3–5 business days  

  • International Shipping: delivery times vary depending on destination and customs clearance. We always strive to dispatch orders promptly and select the fastest available shipping option for each order.



Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment every step of the way.


Insurance & Signature Requirement

All orders are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery to ensure the safe arrival of your jewelry.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.
EcLian Jewelry is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Damaged Packages

In the unlikely event that your order is lost or arrives damaged during transit (excluding incorrect or incomplete addresses), please contact us immediately at contact@eclian.com.
We will assist you with the insurance claim process or replacement, where applicable.
