Order Processing

At Eclian Jewelry, every order is handled with the highest level of care. Please allow 2–3 business days for standard order processing on in-stock items.

Made-to-Order Items

Orders marked as Made-to-Order require additional production time.
Production may take approximately up  20 business days, depending on the complexity of the piece.

Payment Authorization
Each made-to-order piece is crafted exclusively upon request. Your card will be authorized at checkout and charged only after we confirm the availability of materials and gemstones. In the rare event that an item is unavailable, the authorization will be automatically voided.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer domestic shipping within the USA with full tracking and free delivery on all orders.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (USA): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (USA): 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary due to holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment every step of the way.

Insurance & Signature Requirement

All orders are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery to ensure the safe arrival of your jewelry.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.
Eclian Jewelry is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the unlikely event that your order is lost or arrives damaged during transit (excluding incorrect or incomplete addresses), please contact us immediately at contact@eclian.com.
We will assist you with the insurance claim process or replacement, where applicable.
