What is your shipping policy?
We offer domestic shipping within the USA with full tracking and free delivery on all orders.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of confirmed delivery, subject to approval and policy conditions.
Return requests must be submitted through your account at eclian.com. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a complimentary insured return label by email.
Items must be returned new, unworn, in original packaging, and include all original certificates and accessories.
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.

Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
Yes. Eclian Jewelry guarantees the quality and authenticity of all our pieces.
Each item is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our high standards.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship for 30 days from the date of delivery.

Do you offer ring sizing services?
At this time, Eclian Jewelry does not offer ring sizing services.
We recommend having your ring sized by a trusted local jeweler to ensure the perfect fit. All our rings come in standard sizes, which are clearly listed in each product description to help you select the correct size before purchase.
