Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

At Eclian Jewelry, quality and client satisfaction guide everything we do. Each piece is carefully inspected prior to shipment to ensure it meets our highest quality standards.

If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within thirty (30) days of confirmed delivery, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please review this policy carefully before submitting a request.


Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. Customers may request to cancel their order under the following conditions:

Cancellation Window:
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement.

Refunds for Canceled Orders:
Cancellations approved within the allowed window will be refunded in full to the original payment method. Shipping charges, if any, may not be refundable.

To request a cancellation, please contact our Client Care Team immediately at contact@eclian.com to initiate the process.


Return Authorization

All returns must be authorized prior to shipment.

To initiate a return or refund request, log into your account at eclian.com and submit a return request through your order history.

Return requests are reviewed by our Client Care Team to ensure the item meets our return conditions. Once approved, you will receive confirmation by email along with instructions for the return.

Approved returns include a fully insured return shipping label at no cost. Each order includes one complimentary return label.


Return Eligibility & Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In brand-new, unworn, and unused condition

  • Free from any damage, alterations, or visible wear

  • In their original packaging

  • Accompanied by all complimentary items, gifts, and accessories

  • Together with all original certificates and documentation

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Items that are worn, damaged, or altered

  • Personalized items (for example, engraved with names or phrases)

  • Jewelry resized, engraved, repaired, or modified by another party

  • Products not purchased directly from eclian.com

  • Made-to-Order rings: We do not offer resizing or returns for rings. Please ensure your ring size is correct before placing your order. For assistance, contact us at contact@eclian.com.

Inspection & Processing

All returned items are subject to our Jewelry Inspection process to ensure they meet our quality and integrity standards.

Processing time after receipt is typically two (2) to four (4) business days.


Exchanges

Eclian Jewelry does not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different item, return the original purchase in compliance with this policy and submit a new order separately.


Refunds

Once a return is received, inspected, and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Please allow eight (8) to twelve (12) business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

  • Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • For partial returns, refunds will be issued only for the returned item(s).

  • If a complimentary gift is not returned, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from the refund.

  • All certificates provided with your purchase must be returned. Failure to return all certificates will result in a $250 administrative deduction from your refund.


Final Determination

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these terms, in order to maintain our high standards of quality and service.
